Description
The Diploma in Leadership for Change Management can prepare the student for taking up a new change management and any leadership role. It is also ideal for those who would like to develop and perfect their skills within an existing change management role. Throughout, the student is encouraged to use the ideas both in the context of their own experience and through a case study, in order to gain a greater knowledge of the subject area in a practical manner
Objectives
The Objectives of this programme are to develop competencies of participants to enable them to:
