Based on the active role played by QUODRAT , the strategic and executive arm of human capital development and upgrading of the performance and competitiveness of employees at all levels through the provision of various packages and training programs, internationally accredited diplomas, workshops and specialized seminars.

And belief in the development of human capacity and provide excellent training services to establish a new thought and non-traditional methodology in training and development and continuous learning allows each individual to develop from himself to be able to compete in the labor market and reach to his personal ambitions.

A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between Quodrat and the Institute of Professional Managers (IPM) at Quodrat’s headquarters in Nasr City on Wednesday 10th of May 2017. In the presence of Dr. Ahmed Zamil, Chairman of Quodrat, the MoU was signed by Dr. Mohamed Amr Sadik, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Quodrat, and Mr. Khalid Khallaf, CEO of IPM.


It is worth mentioning that the Institute of Professional Managers provides executive education services and international professional certificates provided by the Management Development Institute (MDI) at the School of Business Administration at Missouri State University in the United States of America and has the exclusive rights to provide them in the Middle East and North Africa in accordance with the contract concluded between them and the above bodies.

And under the MoU IPM signed with Quodrat, it grants the last a non-transferable, distribution or switch license to organize and present a range of professional programs and certificates issued and developed by American and European educational institutions. For such programs in the manner he deems appropriate within the Arab Republic of Egypt.
