Graduation Ceremony for the first batch of the Human Resources Executive Diploma

According to the framework of the fruitful cooperation between the Competitiveness Development Company for Training (Quodrat) and the National Management Institute, the first batch of graduates from the Human Resources Executive Diploma was graduated for a group of about (68) employees belong to (14) companies subsidiary from the Holding Company for Construction and Development that was held from November 2016 to April 2017.
The participants were divided into three training groups. The training lasted for 20 weeks at a rate of two separated days per week, in the morning and evening periods, with a total of 200 training hours at the National Management Institute premise in Nasr City.
It is worth mentioning that the diploma dealt with (9) main axes: Modern concepts in human resource management – job design – workforce planning , selection and recruitment – training and development- performance management and employee evaluation – career planning and replacement plans – rewards and incentives ,strategies of benefits and compensation – human resources strategies to achieve competitive advantage.
The participants’ grades were: 18% “excellence”, 76% “very good” and 6% “good”. The first rank among all participants in the diploma was for Mr. Mustafa Kamal Mustafa (Egyptian General Building), the second place was for Mr. Mohamed Atef Abdel Hamid (Egyco), and the third place was for Mr. Mohamed Sayed Mohamed (Egyco).
The graduation ceremony and the distribution of certificates to the graduates took place within the attendance of Dr. Amr Sadik, CEO of (Quodrat), and the ceremony was honored to have Eng. Fahad Darbalah, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Maadi Development and Reconstruction Company, in addition to the trainers participating in the implementation of the diploma and Eng. Walid Al-Engbawy – Director of Capacity and Business Development at (Quodrat).
