Completion of training for the first batch of “Strategic Planning, Finance and Investment” program Under the patronage of the Holding Company for Construction and Development

According to the fruitful cooperation between Capacity Development Competitiveness Company for Training (Quodrat) and the Holding Company for Construction and Development (HCCD) , and in line with the directives of Eng. Mahmoud Hegazy, Chairman of the HCCD concerning the qualification of the categories (Head of Sectors – Head of Sector – General Manager) through the implementation of a training program entitled “Strategic Planning, Financing and Investment”, which is estimated to train 750 individuals during the current fiscal year 2017/2018.
The first batch of the target groups of the program has already been completed with a total of (47) participants from all the subsidiaries. They were divided into two groups in parallel from Sunday 20 August to Thursday, 24 August 2017 at Quodrat Training Academy at Badr Center in Behira governorate with a total of (40) training hours in the morning and evening periods.
It is worth mentioning that the program has dealt with two main axes. The first is the Strategic Planning that covers : Definition of planning – strategy – strategic planning, the difference between mission , vision and goals, the skills and tools needed to prepare the plan of action, the stages and steps of preparing the strategic plan, Methods of identifying appropriate strategic options, evaluation and monitoring of the strategic plan, concept of performance indicators.
The second axis was Finance and Investment that covers: Introduction to reading the financial statements, financial analysis, financing of companies (finance / investment / administrative decisions), sources of finance (ownership – banking) and how to invest and manage money.
The Graduation Ceremony was attended by the trainers who participated in the implementation of the training program (Prof. Mohammed Abdul Razzak Erfan and Prof. Mohammed Sami Al Deeb) and Eng. Walid Al-Engbawy, Director of Capacity and Business Development at Quodrat.
